Challenges

Decentralized email management, impacting efficiency of communication.
The standard system logic left gaps in handling fee amounts, salaries, and
refunds.
Content Generation Limitations, system couldnt generate content with
predefined patterns, limiting customization.

Idego integrated the Front service (https://front.com/) into the platform,
allowing HelloProf to link multiple email accounts.
We developed a feature enabling the simulation and generation of financial
documents regarding additional fees and refunds for students.
A similar feature was created for simulating and generating additional
salaries for teachers, providing greater flexibility in compensation
management.
Idego team designed and implemented an automatic subpage generation
system based on predefined patterns (e.g., /tutoring/subject/location/).

The integration of the Front service improved email management,
streamlining client communication and enhancing efficiency.
The student fee simulation and teacher salary simulation features provided
greater control over financial aspects, allowing user to estimate their earrings
ans spendings.
Content Automation simplified content creation and customization, saving
time and resources while maintaining a consistent pattern.
