Why do we process your personal data?
We collect the data provided by you in the form on our website and use it to send our newsletter, inform you about offers, promotions and contests, as well as to conduct surveys, send invitations and other direct marketing communication using e-mail.
What personal data do we process?
Depending on the circumstances, we may process in specific cases the following categories of personal data obtained directly from you:

What is the legal basis for the processing of personal data?
We process personal data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the legitimate interest of Idego Group. We send the newsletter only on the basis of your voluntary consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The legitimate interest of Idego Group is direct marketing of its products and services. Sending the newsletter by e-mail takes place on the basis of expressed and documented consent of each of the subscribers, in accordance with art. 10 of the Act on the provision of electronic services and art. 172 sec. 1 of the Telecommunications Law. Data is provided voluntarily. There is no legal obligation to provide personal data for marketing purposes.
Do we process your data through profiling?
Personal data may be processed automatically, in particular for the purposes of adapting the content of communication to the recipient's preferences, sending reminders and personalized offers based on your history of using our website and information sent to us by you. Processing in this way will not affect your rights or have any legal effects.
How long will we process your personal data?
We will process the data provided for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to receive our newsletter. You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter without difficulty, at any time, by clicking on the appropriate link in the newsletter's footer.
