Development of Automated AI

The world has been taken over by the new storm of Artificial Intelligence and Robot Automation. This article explores how artificial intelligence and robotic automation have transformed modern society, acknowledging both the benefits and challenges that accompany this shift.

Automation's history stretches back to primitive concepts before the Industrial Revolution accelerated mechanization. The current era represents the Information Revolution or Age of Technological Revolution Part Two, characterized by computers increasingly replacing human labor across industries.

Regarding software development specifically, this shift could also mean the total loss of employment and work being done by only selected few. It emphasizes the importance of ethical considerations in machine decision-making, noting that computers often employ mechanical, ruthless approaches compared to human reasoning that incorporates nuance.

Isaac Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics from the 1940s represent early attempts to address AI safety concerns. Milestone robots like ELIZA and Shakey in the 1960s and Honda's ASIMO in 2000 marked important developments in the field.

Contemporary RPA and AI have knowingly or unknowingly crept into the corners of our lives. Maintaining ethical standards while pursuing technological advancement is essential. Responsible AI development must be balanced with human values during this fundamentally huge structural transformation.
