Idego collects your data as follows:
- via the forms available on the Website, by means of which you voluntarily submit your data to Idego;
- by collecting “cookies” (so-called “cookies”) constituting IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are mainly intended to match the Website’s website to the preferences and expectations of a given User, without identifying him ( “Cookies” identify the data of the computer and browser used to browse websites without combining this data with the personal data of Customers obtained, for example, during filling the contact form on the Website), information on the cookie policy can be found on the Website.
- through information obtained from the entity running Facebook and Instagram social networking sites, which he obtained by installing “cookies” on the computers of Users visiting the Website fanpage on these websites, or even clicking the “Like” button placed by Facebook on pages of other websites (including in an exceptional case, the administrator of your personal data is at the same time Idego and the entity running the social networks Facebook and Instagram).

- Idego marketing and other entities, in particular related to the presentation of behavioral advertising – legal basis for processing – legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
- using the contact form on the website – you can contact us through the contact form, we process personal data on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the legitimate interest of Idego. You contact us only on the basis of your voluntary consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time. The legitimate interest of Idego is direct marketing of its products and services. Data is provided voluntarily. There is no legal obligation to provide personal data for marketing purposes.
- profiling and automated decision making- iIn order to optimally adjust the commercial information sent to you to your preferences, we can use profiling and automated decision making as part of direct marketing. Profiling means using your personal data to approximate your purchasing preferences. Automated decision-making will consist in automatic selection – based on such defined purchasing preferences – which commercial information will be of interest to you and resignation from sending information that does not meet this condition. We will stop processing your data, unless we demonstrate that the grounds for our processing of your data override your rights, or that your data is necessary for us to establish, assert or defend claims);
- the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority);
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data (at any time you have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data, which we process on the basis of this consent. The withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal) .
