What we expect form you:
3+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in IT
Great communication skills, both in Polish and English
Good analytical skills combined with orientation for results
Appetite for innovation and openness to explore new tools, solution, ideas
Experience with variety of recruitment and direct search tools
Ability to understand various points of view in order to find optimum match
